We covered a lot, but just as I was wrapping up, someone asked me a question I didn’t get to answer:
“What are your personal 5 daily non-negotiables?”
Since I couldn’t answer it live, I’m sharing it here—because honestly, this might be the most important takeaway from my talk.
First, What Are Daily Non-Negotiables?
Daily non-negotiable habits are core actions you commit to every single day, no matter what.
They are who you show up as, more than just what you do.
If you want to achieve your 12-month goal, don’t just ask:
“What do I need to do?”
Instead, ask:
“Who do I need to be every day, that would make success inevitable?”
Because when you consistently show up as that person, the results take care of themselves.

1️⃣ Align & Activate: Start the Day with Purpose
- Review your 12-month goals and visualize success.
- Ask yourself: Who do I need to be today to move closer to my vision?
- Use morning & midday triggers to realign your focus.
- Reflect: Am I showing up as my best self?Clarity fuels action. See the target, then move toward it.
2️⃣ Move & Breathe: Master Your State ️
- Move for 45 minutes daily—strength training, yoga, biking, skiing, hiking—whatever works for you.
- Breathe with intention—use breathwork to shift your state when needed.
- Movement isn’t just about fitness—it’s about energy, clarity, and resilience.
We move the body to sharpen the mind.
3️⃣ Elevate the Mind: Learn & Reflect
- Read or listen to 10 pages of a book (personal growth, leadership, mindset).
- Journal for 5 minutes: What did I learn? How can I apply this today?
- Growth isn’t just about learning—it’s about implementation.
Feed your mind. Expand your world.
4️⃣ Share the Journey: Show Up & Inspire
- Post or share 1-3 insights daily—social media, email, video, or even a quick message to a client or friend.
- Document the journey: your lessons, struggles, breakthroughs.
- You don’t have to be perfect—you just have to be real.
Your story creates ripples. Shine your light daily.
5️⃣ Build Bridges: Create Opportunities
- Send 5 meaningful messages daily—texts, DMs, emails, or calls.
- Reach out with gratitude, support, or just to check in.
- It’s not about sales—it’s about starting conversations that open doors.
Every breakthrough begins with a single connection.
Bonus: Close the Day with Gratitude
Before bed, list 3 wins or things you’re grateful for—even the small ones.
Because success isn’t just about achievement—it’s about appreciation.
One Year of Relentless Consistency = Inevitable Success
I can almost guarantee that if you follow these 5 daily non-negotiables for ONE whole year, your dreams and goals will come true.
